The Arkansas Department of Education published FY 2019-20 school-by-school spending data on the Arkansas School Report Card. School-by-school per-pupil expenditures are found under the “Schools Expenditures” section of the report card, broken out by personnel and non-personnel costs and by federal, state and local funds. WHAT YOU CAN LEARN FROM THE REPORT CARD ABOUT SCHOOL-BY-SCHOOL SPENDING

Visit the “School Expenditures” tab on your school’s 2019-20 report card to view spending per student at your school, district, and the state.

Visit the “School Expenditures” tab on the 2019-20 report card for every school in your district to collect per-pupil expenditure information.

The Arkansas Report Card does not provide spending per pupil on services.

The “Compare” feature of the Arkansas Report Card allows you to compare per-pupil spending for up to five schools in the state.

I do not know which schools I want to compare.

On the Statewide Information System Reports page, under “Schools,” download desired enrollment files to identify demographically similar schools. Then visit the “School Expenditures” tab on the 2019-20 report card to gather spending information for comparison schools.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, limited outcomes data was collected for school year 2019-20. Visit each school’s report card to gather comparison details on spending, demographics, and any available outcomes data.
