OKLAHOMA

Oklahoma published FY 18 and FY 19 school-by-school spending data. Located in the school climate tab of the Oklahoma School Report Cards, you can view how much each school spends per student compared to district and state averages. In addition, by clicking on the school name you can see how much that school spent per pupil on instruction, salaries, benefits and services. Oklahoma created a Data Matrix, and online portal which allows you to compare spending with demographics and outcomes. MORE ABOUT OKLAHOMA

Oklahoma has a great feature where you can view school-by-school per-pupil spending across the state. At the bottom of a school’s report card, the gray bar graph groups together schools that spend within a $250 range. For instance, to view all the schools across the state that spend between $6,300-6,525 per pupil, click on that price band and view the list of schools. Oklahoma also includes a brief narrative explaining the per-pupil spending provision and what is included in the calculation.
