WHAT YOU CAN LEARN FROM THE REPORT CARD ABOUT SCHOOL-BY-SCHOOL SPENDING

Visit your school report card and click “Per Pupil Expenditure” under the “About Our School” tab to view spending for your school as well as district and state averages.

Visit each school’s report card to collect spending information for every school in the district.

The Oklahoma Report Card does not include a feature to compare spending on services with other schools in the district or the state. However, by clicking “+view financial groups” under the Per Pupil Expenditure tab for each school, you can see how much that school spent per pupil on instruction, salaries, benefits and services. To determine how much your school spends compared to the state and district average, you must gather the information for each school in the district or the state and conduct your own calculation.

Oklahoma does not yet provide the ability to directly compare spending with demographics.
