Utah published FY 2019-20 school-by-school spending data on their report card under the “View School Finance Information” link at the bottom of each school profile page. Click on “More Details” to view a breakdown of expenditures by federal, state and local dollars, as well as by function. Explore Utah’s spending below or access their report card here.

WHAT YOU CAN LEARN FROM THE REPORT CARD ABOUT SCHOOL-BY-SCHOOL SPENDING

Visit your school’s report card, navigate to Profile, and click “View School Finance Information” to compare your school’s spending to district and state averages.

Find a list of all schools on your district’s report card, and collect spending data by navigating to the “View School Finance Information” link on the profile page of each school’s report card.

Utah report cards only contain expenditures per pupil on services by school.

Visit the Data & Statistics reports page to download the 2019-20 Fall Enrollment by Demographics and Grade Levels file and identify demographically similar schools. Then visit each school’s report card to collect spending on services.

The Utah report card does not have the ability to directly compare spending with demographics.
