In this 30-minute webinar, we share findings from a new Edunomics Lab analysis of how staffing has changed in Massachusetts schools between 2020 and 2024. We explore which schools saw the greatest increases in staffing, what types of staff were added, and whether these additions are equitable and paying off for students. And we discuss the implications for future hiring, compensation, and financial sustainability with an eye to maximizing the value of these investments for Massachusetts students.
