How are states allocating ESSER dollars to support students with learning differences?
We’re tracking how states allocated the Governor’s Emergency Education Relief Fund (GEER) and the 10% reserved for State Education Agencies (SEAs) use in CARES (ESSER I), CRRSA (ESSER II), and ARP (ESSER III). Where possible, we also included information about how the state used its reserve from ARP IDEA. Our focus is on how states are allocating discretionary relief funds to address unfinished learning for students with disabilities.
