On April 8 Marguerite Roza hosted a webinar for district and school leaders to experience training segments used to raise capacity of principals for school level budgeting. Participants experienced a set of activities designed to help school leaders rethink the use of resources for better results with an emphasis placed on how principals can take advantage of incremental budget decisions and staff attrition to customize the use of resources at a school.
