Districtwide student outcomes plummeted with little sign of recovery. Lots of ESSER money left to spend. Spending not aligned with student needs. Declining enrollments. High absenteeism. Overcommitting to recurring costs. These are the types of red flags we’re seeing in some districts.

Who responds when data suggest that a district is in distress? Who can jump in to help districts change their trajectory, maintain fiscal health, and do the most for their students?
